Jeff DeValk has been a resident of Baldwin County since he was seven years old. He is a former student of Fairhope High School and The University of Alabama. It was in Tuscaloosa where Jeff received his real estate license in 1995. Then at the age of 24, Jeff moved back home and started his career with Coldwell Banker Reehl Properties, Inc. Jeff has received numerous awards, nationally and locally, over his real estate career. Some of these awards include lifetime member of the Best of Baldwin County, Coldwell Banker International President Circle Elite, Coldwell Banker Reehl Properties Top Producer in 2004 and 2006, and Coldwell Banker Reehl Properties Top Referral Agent in 2006.
Jeff DeValk has gained tremendous experience in buying and selling homes, land, residential, commercial, and investment properties. He is a member of the Baldwin County Home Builders Association (BCHBA), and has vast knowledge of new construction. He is also a member of Alabama Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), as well as the Alabama American Sub-Contractors Association (ASA). Jeff is also a member of both the Baldwin and Mobile Board of Realtors, as well as the National Realtors Association.
